I am really excited that the A-B-Tree project is beginning a new phase. Thanks to a Research Scholarship at the University of the Highlands and Islands I shall be exploring the use of my tidbits of knowledge about trees (here) as a tool for learning and creativity.

A tree has been painted on the wall of the Scottish School of Forestry in blackboard paint and I'll be chalking up titbits and encouraging people to interact with them and share their knowledge. We'll be working our way through the alphabet over the course of the academic year. .

I'll be beginning this week, with birch, of course!
